Your tasks:

• Independent planning, development and support of Lessons Learned topics with the purpose of avoiding repetition errors in the field of engineering
• Support in the clarification of the LL relevance of repetition errors and their documentation
• Organization and moderation of the expert groups for the processing of individual LL topics
• Organisation of the presentation of the LL topics, the storage measures and the release of these
• Reporting of all Engineering LL topics
• Support in continuous process improvement

Your qualifications:

• Complete study of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or industrial engineering
• Found experience in the automotive industry, preferably in technical development or quality management
• knowledge of common quality methods as well as quality management systems and regulations in the automotive environment
• High team and communication skills
• Intercultural competence
• Target-oriented, structured, independent operation
• Secure handling of MS Office applications
• German and English knowledge in word and writing
