As a technical editor (m/w/d) you are part of Optima Pharma GmbH at the Mornshausen site. You contribute to the development and production of intelligent turnkey filling solutions including insulators and freeze dryers for the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Future-oriented, sustainable and flexible.

You are responsible for the technical documentation of new pharmaceutical plants and remodels, accompany the process and design documentation until machine removal and define necessary warning and safety instructions. You create and update operating and operating instructions, follow relevant legal and normative requirements and ensure their implementation in the technical documentation. You coordinate editorial coordination with internal departments, customers and translation service providers and ensure the timely provision of high-quality documentation. In addition, you are responsible for creating and developing guides, templates and editorial standards in order to ensure uniform and efficient technical documentation.

You have completed their studies in the field of technical communication, technical editorial staff or a comparable qualification. You bring well-founded experience in handling editorial systems, ideally in their introduction, as well as in the production of operating instructions and technical documentation in machine and plant engineering. You are characterized by a pronounced technical affinity for the continuous improvement of documentation processes in the regulated cGMP environment and curiosity and openness for innovative technologies such as AI-based applications etc. You work independently, quality-oriented and structured and actively promote the further development of existing structures and processes. Secure English knowledge in word and writing as well as very good written expressiveness complete your profile.
