Coordination and disposition of goods and sample orders Handling of shipments, creation of the entire transport and customs documentation Preparation of preferential papers / coordination with the customs authority Close cooperation with forwarding and courier services Observation of hazardous and alcohol information / preparation of accompanying documentation Processing of returns Control and settlement of forwarding and courier services accounts Close coordination with adjacent areas

Successfully completed training and to the merchant/wife for logistics and forwarding performance or Specialist or comparable training Ideally first professional experience in an international environment Experience in handling SAP as well as knowledge in customs law are desirable Safe handling of MS Office programs Very good German knowledge in word and writing, good English knowledge Embossed team capacity, self-employment, organisational capacity and communication strength
