Construction management and project monitoring: You conduct and monitor road, walking and civil engineering work from the construction site facility to the acceptance. Coordination of construction sites: You control and coordinate columns, entrepreneurs and other project participants and ensure a smooth construction process. Quality assurance: You will ensure the professional execution of earth, asphalt, plaster and restoration work according to the applicable technical regulations and quality specifications. Date and cost control: You keep an eye on progress, appointments, services and costs and take appropriate measures in case of deviations. Resource planning: You coordinate the needs-oriented use of personnel, building materials, equipment and special tools. Safety of work and traffic: You look forward to consistent compliance with the applicable occupational safety and accident prevention regulations and proper traffic safety. Dimensions and documentation: You first and check dimensions, document the progress of construction and prepare the necessary documents for billing and project completion. Acceptance: You accompany acceptances, document possible deficiencies and coordinate their professional removal. Interface management: You work closely with project management, contractors, network operators, subcontractors and other project participants.

Successfully completed master's examination in the road building trades and a comparable recognized master's degree in road and civil engineering Finded practical experience in road, underground or pipeline construction Experience in construction management, construction site coordination or independent control of construction measures Very good knowledge of the professional restoration of asphalt, pavement and other traffic areas Knowledge of the relevant technical regulations and regulations in road and civil engineering Secure understanding of quality, costs and dates Experience in handling subcontractors and construction site teams Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Communication strength and binding occurrence to clients and project partners Secure handling of digital tools for documentation, scale and project communication Class B driving licence Ready for regular on-site operations at our project locations
