• You process damages in transport, storage, vehicle damage or damages arising from liability on the basis of contractual agreements, internal and legal provisions.

• They professionally serve our customers in case of damage and are available to them as competent contact persons.

• They communicate independently with insurance companies, experts and transport companies.

• They contribute to damage prevention by conducting analyses and providing information for optimization.

• You are responsible for the video searches to check the damages and for the customer service to clarify deviations in the transport chain.

• Your tasks include maintaining customer statistics and selected KPI's for customer service and insurance.

• You have completed training to the insurance businessman (m/w/d) or merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or a comparable professional qualification.

• They ideally have relevant professional experience in a comparable position and in the technical or financial sector.

• You have good knowledge of the current MS Office applications and have fun working in new processes and IT systems.

• You like to work in the team and have a safe appearance.

• They bring a high level of customer orientation, solution competencies and communication skills into word and writing.
