Own implementation of the technical object management for assigned real estate – including supplier evaluation, complaint management and foreign company control Planning, coordination and control of measures in the object as well as retrieval, monitoring, control and acceptance of services provided Information and advice of the business partners as well as perception of voting, appointments and training – also at other locations Quality assurance of technical object master data and creation of customer and supplier reports (e.g. cost control, energy consumption) including environmental and energy management Implementation of tenders, submissions and creation of price levels as the basis for decisions and awards Willingness to participate in the call readiness service (usually 3-4 times a year for one week each)

Graduate degree or professional training (e.g. real estate businessman/wife) with multi-year professional experience Alternatively: qualification as master or technician, preferably in the area of heating, ventilation, sanitary (HLS) Knowledge and practical experience in facility management and real estate management Secure handling of SAP R/3 as well as the common MS‐Office standard software Good English knowledge of word and writing driving licence class B
