We are looking for an experienced person as a sea freight specialist (m/w/d) with customer responsibility in an indefinite direct setting. In this exciting position, you take over both operational tasks in the transport processing and the direct support and further development of existing customers. They are part of a unit that combines classic forwarding work with service-oriented customer support and thus deliberately withdraws from standardized processes.

Processing of international sea freight shipments (Import & Export, FCL and LCL) Coordination with shipping companies, terminals, freight forwarders and customs Preparation and testing of transport and customs documents (e.g. B/L, certificates of origin) Control of the entire transport chain Ö incl. Multiannual professional experience in sea freight O You know how the rabbit runs Safe handling of international transport and customs processes, optionally also knowledge in the area of hazardous goods, temperature-guided transports or project loadings Experience in handling shipping companies, terminals and authorities, optional experience with ATLAS, AES or other customs systems Knowledge of common forwarding and customs software and MS Office Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Structured, independent and reliable operation Fun on team work, customer contact and solution-oriented work
