Financial Accountant Vendor Debtor (m/f/d)

You take care of the current financial accounting and make sure that all accounting processes work smoothly. Your tasks include the accounting of debitors, creditors and property accounts as well as the accounting and clarification of open claims. You manage payment and dunning and ensure reliable liquidity management. You can execute the creation of the sales tax pre-registrations securely and in time. You participate in monthly financial statements and annual financial statements according to HGB and assist in cooperation with tax advisors and auditors. With your eye for efficiency, you opt for existing accounting processes and continuously develop them. You’ll start budgets, forecasts and financial plans and support management in strategic decisions. You independently analyze target-actual deviations and make recommendations for action. The development and maintenance of key figures as well as the creation of meaningful reports for management and departments are your area of activity. You help with investment bills and economic analysis and contribute to the sustainable development of the company. The liquidity and financial planning, as well as the cost analyses and controls, are always in your eye. As a representation, you support the payroll bill in cooperation with external service providers. The maintenance of personal master files and personal files complements your versatile task field. You ensure that all legal and internal requirements in financial and accounting are complied with.

You have completed a degree in business management with a focus on accounting or controlling, or you have a comparable commercial training as well as a qualification as a balance sheet holder/in Your extensive professional experience in financial accounting, controlling and accounting You are experienced in safe handling of ERP systems and MS Office Analytical skills and affinity for numbers are part of your strengths Your knowledge of German in word and writing as well as basic knowledge of human resources complete your profile
