Strategy development: Help us develop and implement our employer branding strategy. Interview management: Lead exciting interviews with our employees to find out what makes us an employer. Data analysis: Analyze the collected data and create personal data for our target groups. Content creation: Create attractive visual and textual content for our website, social media and more. Controlling: Keep an eye on the success of our actions and continuously optimize the strategy. Campaign Management: Support us in the planning and implementation of Employer Branding campaigns and events.

Education and experience: You are a enrolled student (m/w/d) in the fields of marketing, psychology, communications, economics, design or a related area. Ideally, you already have first experiences in employer branding or personal marketing. Strategic thinking: You have a good sense of strategic developments and trust you to accompany an employer branding strategy from theory to implementation. Communication strength: You are sure to conduct interviews and understand to ask the right questions to gain valuable insights. Analytical skills: You are able to analyze data and derive sound decisions from it. Creativity and design understanding: You have a good eye for visual design and can create appealing content for different channels (website, social media). Tools like Indesign and Photoshop are familiar to you or you can imagine working in it quickly.
