Completed Higher Education (FH Diploma / Bachelor) of Business Administration or Detection of Recognition of Personal Requirements Multiannual professional experience in the field of commercial training is desirable Good knowledge of the educational sector Basic knowledge of the labour and collective bargaining rights of the public service and knowledge of the legally relevant provisions of the work area (e.g. vocational training, youth employment protection, educational leave and national equality law) Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP/HR, SAP/MM, SAP/BMS, SAP/AEP

Remuneration: We pay according to TVöD VKA with regular salary increases, an annual special payment and an additional occupational pension (VBL). Hybrid work: Mobile work is a reality with us.
