The Human Resources and Social Policy Department is a staff division of the Salzgitter AG holding company and reports directly to the personnel management board. The department represents the Group's employment and social policy interests, develops personal policy instruments, coordinates and supports the group's staff areas and ensures a uniform procedure in cross-company issues. To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as soon as possible Senior Consultant (m/d)

You develop, analyze and interpret strategic HR key figures and participate in the continuous development of reporting tools and processes. You control the Group-wide personnel planning process and carefully validate the budget approaches introduced by the Group companies. You contribute to the design of the variable compensation systems, develop proposals for the annual financial and non-financial performance targets and control and monitor the group-wide target agreement process. You advise the Executive Board on strategic payment-related issues, create simulation and scenario calculations on the occasion of tariff rounds and restructuring projects and participate in the preparation of the annual compensation report. You design the group-wide pension and other social services systems and coordinate the process of annual actuarial assessment and accounting of the associated obligations. In a multidisciplinary team, you will be involved in the project work on strategic personal economic topics.

You have completed an economic study with very good results. You bring multi-year practical experience in a comparable function, which you have ideally acquired in a larger industrial company or group. You have a strong understanding of economic relationships and processes in the company. Their mode of operation is characterized by self-employment, systematics and orientation. We require good knowledge of English in word and writing.
