Business Development Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibility for revenue growth and implementation of the profit plan (end-to-end) Definition and implementation of strategic initiatives for growth, stay informed about industry trends and market activities and work closely with the country's sales organisations (CSO) Development of existing customers by building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and providing tailor-made solutions identification and promotion of new business opportunities in the region, including product development needs Promoting partnerships with strong focus on customer engagement / meetings / events Close cooperation with the product line and operational teams to achieve sales targets and strategic initiatives Implementation and management of customer/CSO pricing strategies Takeover and implementation of Eaton standard processes (e.g. Salesforce and Pipeline CRM tools)

Bachelor degree (commercial or preferably technical) or comparable degree expected Comprehensive experience in the commercial emergency lighting market (Emergency Lighting) or in a similar industry Commercial experience in handling large customers, EGH etc. Good knowledge of technical solutions and standards for emergency lighting Detectional successes in customer engagement / customer satisfaction Analytical thinking, their actions fulfill highest ethical demands Structured and targeted operation Examination of negotiating skills, coordination Excellent oral and written communication in German and English You are a team player and at the same time able to plan and implement your own work initiatives Good presentation skills
