As a (Senior) Account Executive – Insurance (w/m/x) you have the opportunity to unlock new business opportunities and help us develop innovative solutions for the insurance industry. For this we are looking for you in full time for our locations in Berlin or Düsseldorf at the next possible time. In the Health & Insurance Cluster, we work in various teams on projects in the fields of healthcare & life sciences, pharmaceuticals and insurance, in particular in the GKV and PKV sectors, as well as for customers in the classic insurance environment. We set new standards for digitalization in the respective industry and help our customers digitize their business models, final processes and sales channels and adapt them to the growing needs of the benefiters.

As a (Senior) Account Executive – Insurance (w/m/x) you use consultative selling to acquire new customers in the insurance sector and expand existing customer relationships You take over the entire sales and supply process, all the way to the conclusion of the contract You develop and implement sales strategies to achieve our sales goals in the insurance sector Here you present and sell our digital transformation solutions and services to insurance companies Together with our experts, you will create value propositions for our customers in the form of presentations, offers and tailor-made solutions You build a network of stakeholders and partners in the insurance sector and encourage them to develop long-term business partnerships As an industrial expert*in you represent our view of the sector inward and outward

You have several years of professional experience in account management or advice in insurance You bring comprehensive knowledge in the processes of the insurance industry You also have a network of corresponding customers You have industry-specific know-how in the field of digital transformation and can apply this knowledge in your projects Your excellent communication and negotiation skills allow you to successfully interact with a wide range of stakeholders You work targeted and proactively to achieve our business goals in the insurance sector You speak fluent German (C2) and have good English skills (min. B2)
