For our Project Management department in Leipheim we are looking for a working student (w/m/d) in the R&D project management department at the next possible date.

As a working student (m/w/d) in the area of Research & Development Project Management, you support our project management team in the planning, control and documentation of development projects. You are actively working on process improvements, building central knowledge structures for the R&D organization and taking part in independent projects. You will get valuable insights into professional project management structures and modern tools in the technical environment.

General support for project management tasks (e.g. appointment and follow-up, task tracking, status reports) Care and development of a knowledge base including structuring, updating and quality testing of the content Building a Central R&D Wiki to standardise, document and ensure knowledge management Individual support of subprojects e.g. process improvements, documentation initiatives or tool introductions Support in process improvements analysis of existing processes, identification of optimization potentials and cooperation in implementation Working with the roll-out of a new project management software (e.g. testing of functions, creating instructions, training documents)

Technical requirements Studies in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Technology Management or Similar Technical Studies Technical background and understanding of technical development processes First experience in project management or development projects

Very good knowledge of MS Office First contact with project management tools (e.g. Jira, MS Project, Confluence) desirable
