We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner / HR Specialist (m/w/d) right in Celle For a prestigious group customer from the natural gas and petroleum industry, we are looking for a HR Business Partner / Personnel Officer m/w/d with professional experience at the next possible time. The body shall be placed under the transfer of workers.

You are the first contact person for employees and executives in all relevant personnel topics as well as advice and support in complex labour law and employee-related issues (of course there are specialist lawyers in the home) Supporting defined business areas during central People&Culture cycles, including salary planning, talent management and performance management Control of personnel measures according to internal guidelines Confidential and constructive cooperation with the Works Council in collaborative topics Promoting diversity, inclusion and belonging initiatives as well as active role as ambassador to the customer's corporate culture Leadership and promotion of People&Culture projects and employee engagement initiatives at country level

A completed bachelor's degree programme at a recognized university or alternatively a completed school education (Abitur/Fachabitur or comparable) with corresponding professional experience in human resources Professional experience in human resources, ideally as a human resource or HR Business Partner in a collective environment of IG Metall is desirable Very good oral and written communication skills in German and English You bring a pronounced resilience and perseverance in dealing with complex processes and multi-stage approval procedures Secure handling of Microsoft Excel as well as a good understanding of data management, reporting and analysis A pronounced interpersonal and communicative communication capability Strong analytical skills and a pronounced problem-solving competence are helpful Teamability, reliability and independent working
