You prepare and negotiate all purchases for public purposes as well as sales in the context of value optimizations of the real estate stock and other legal transactions of the land transport of the country and the city community of Bremen. In addition, you will deal with pre-purchase, purchase and repurchase rights in your activity. You negotiate utilities, construction loads and inheritance rights. In addition, check and arrange deletion authorisations and priority clearances. Within the framework of the institution’s consultation and assessment of the financial impact, you will deal with the building plan drafts and planning methods and initiate the internal coordination. On behalf of the city of Bremen observe, judge and accompany you property enforcement auctions. Required: You preferably have a successfully completed university degree (Bachelor or FH Diploma) in the real estate sector or have successfully completed the training to the real estate specialist (w/m/d) or have a comparable qualification. Alternatively, you can demonstrate a completed vocational training in the real estate sector or in the public administration (run-off capacity for the 1st entry office of the category 2 of the General Services department). You have extensive professional experience in the real estate industry, ideally in activities comparable to those listed.
