Shift Coordinator (m/f/d)

Coordination of employees in production and logistics Priority and allocation of personnel resources for personnel bottlenecks as required / delivery situation / stock situation and coordination with the production manager Consumption bookings and feedback of production batches Relocation and provision of materials for the manufacturing process Production of solutions, concentrates and treatment units in compliance with manufacturing regulations, work instructions, specifications and hygiene requirements Conducting stock checks and demand reports for piece list materials performing in-process controls of the solution prepared Creating batch documentation Cleaning and Line Clearance Supporting staff holiday planning in production and logistics in cooperation with process coordinators Monitoring data input for productivity (KPI) Requirement of temporary staff in case of staff shortage with agreement Processing and training of new colleagues in production

Completed relevant training in the food / pharmaceutical industry (master or technician training desirable) Multiannual (at least 3 years) relevant professional experience in the production environment (ideally in the pharmaceutical/health sector or the food industry) Knowledge in the field of approach and weighing (advantageous) Knowledge in the field of laboratory (in-process control) Experience PLS (advantageous) Very good IT skills (MS Office and SAP) Basic knowledge of chemical analysis (in-process control) Flowing German knowledge (in word and step) and basic knowledge in English Willingness to shift work in the 3-shift system (Monday – Friday)
