Project management: independent management and control of demanding metal construction projects – from the first design to the successful completion Team Leadership & Coordination: Leadership of the project team and coordination of all participating partners, subcontractors and associations with a strong organizational talent Planning & material selection: Responsibility for planning, material selection and construction management as a central entity for project success Budget & appointment control: Ensuring compliance with project budgets, quality standards and schedules over all project phases Innovation: Active introduction of new ideas and technologies to further develop solutions in modern metal construction

Qualification: Complete training as a metal engineer, a degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification Professional experience: Multiannual practical experience in project management in metal construction or a related area Knowledge of technical and organizational challenges in metal construction Leadership competency: strong communication, enforceable and with the ability to motivate and guide people Personality: Passion for innovative, demanding construction projects and the will to set standards
