In the Plus district centre (50%), you will create an open place of encounter for people of different generations, origin and language. In the project “Games at home” (25 %) you will accompany families with small children, strengthen parental competences and create suggestions for playing together and learning. Make encounters: You are present in the Open Treff during the opening hours, welcome visitors and create a value-adding atmosphere where people can feel comfortable and get in touch with each other. You develop and design independently diverse courses and group offers and coordinate the weekly program. Supporting engagement: You support and accompany volunteers, interns and students with their professional competence and an open ear. Strengthening people: You offer visitors a low-swelling, facing advice and orientation on questions and concerns of everyday life. You can initiate and implement cooperation projects with partners in the district and help strengthen social cooperation. In the project “Games at home” (25 %) The offer of early help helps parents to consciously accompany and promote the development of their children by playing together. The focus is on the stimulation of child play development, the strengthening of the parent-child relationship and a better understanding of the individual needs of the child. At the same time, the project provides space for exchange and encounter between families and, if necessary, provides further support. Promoting the development of the game: you create two individual matches for parents with toddlers. Enhancing parents in their perception, reflection and action skills and creating space for joint discovery, testing and learning. Family individually accompany: You carry out play visits in the family environment and meet families with openness, respect and a resource-oriented view. To pass on knowledge and experience: You accompany and qualify students during the execution of game visits. In doing so, you will provide practical expertise on game, child development, educational reflection and documentation. People reach: You make the project known in the social area and throughout the city, actively go to families and institutions and inspire the offers. Building networks: You win high- and specialist schools as cooperation partners and maintain the cooperation to attract students to participate in the project.
