Professional and disciplinary leadership of production staff Employee training and improvement of cross-qualification across other production areas Preparation, implementation, tracking and further development of the Shopfloor Meeting Promoting and tracking of continuous improvement projects First contact for SAP topics from production Responsibility of occupational safety in the care sector, including risk assessments of workplaces and definition of measures, etc. Planning and cross-departmental coordination of production orders

Complete technical vocational training (m/w/d), Industrial Master (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Professional experience as leadership in the production of an industrial enterprise desirable First experience in medical technology of advantage Embossed lean affinity and a high will for continuous improvement High social competence and strong communication English knowledge is advantageous Willingness to shift work
