Own project management of renovations and extensions in the properties of the TARGOBANK Responsibility as project manager in all technical and economic matters Organisation and control of planning and execution processes Development of creative design concepts, solution proposals and cost estimation for budget planning and approval templates Control of external project participants Close cooperation with authorities and builders during approval phases such as changes in usage Responsibility for the cost and timing of the projects including the collection, testing and negotiation of after-contracting services Regular reporting on the progress of the project and the achievement of important milestones

Complete architectural studies Multiannual, relevant professional experience Safe handling of MS Office Experiences in CAD applications Funded knowledge in the field of contract and service provider management Experience in the construction and project management of turnkey construction projects Basic knowledge in the field of building and supply technology Good knowledge of German building contract law and relevant regulations, standards and guidelines negotiating skills with external partners and service providers Negotiating knowledge of German in word and writing absolutely necessary
