Technical Clerk Service (m/f/d)

In this position, you will support our customers as the first respondent in all technical issues relating to our fire protection systems. You take over the preparation of work, including the triggering of material orders in SAP, the coordination of subcontractors and the appointment of work platforms. You ensure the availability of materials, adjust working times and carefully prepare the billing of orders. In addition, you plan operations, accept emergency services requests and organize corresponding service operations. Together with the service master, you will arrange and plan repairs, keep in mind all deadlines and maintain project and customer master data in a consistent and reliable manner.
