Storage, verification and processing of automotive letters Shipment of car letters to the appropriate places Initiation of account balance in trader financing in coordination with other departments Coordination with other disciplines on the stock of motor vehicle letters (Costenfixing Decision) and open balances Processing and forwarding of incoming mail Distribution of internal mail tracking, sorting Correspondence with dealers and customers

Successfully completed commercial vocational training or a comparable professional experience, welcome in administrative work IT knowledge, especially with MS Office Technical understanding and good numerical understanding Teamability and flexibility as well as independent and reliable work Competent and customer-oriented appearance willingness to work in the office on five days a week, 50% standing activity
