• Processing of user requests and incidents from the 1st level be forwarded

• Classification of faults and requests with subsequent Solution of the 2nd level support problems

• Record and monitor service tickets

• Guide user support via remote solutions

• Close cooperation with 3rd level support

• Support for evaluation and project topics

• Participation in the creation of FAQs, documentation and Manuals

• Complete training as a professional informant or comparable qualification

• Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Client Hard- and Software, Apple Mac, Printer and Office Applications

• German language skills in word and writing

• High customer and user orientation

• A solution-oriented approach to work and the idea of services
