QS SAP/IT Coordinator (m/f/d)

Support of the QS division in the SAP QM and respondent for acute questions of the users Coordination and control of internal & external IT service providers Active cooperation in projects from planning to implementation Creating technical solution/implementation concepts and realignment of existing applications, mainly in the field of quality assurance Implementation of workshops on request, preparation of specialist concepts and training documents Transfer of customer requirements to technical specifications and support in data analysis with MS Office

Successfully completed technical training as well as several years of professional experience in an administrative SAP function Advanced knowledge about MS Office; Basic knowledge of common ISO standards (e.g. ISO 9000, AQAP 2110) is desirable Methodological knowledge in project, data and process modeling as well as in the analysis of business processes Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Self-employed, structured and targeted working with quality and analysis awareness, safe occurrence, communication and enforcement Ideally professional experience in the IT/Quality/Quality Assurance Area and experience with SAP S/4HANA (modules QM, PP, CS) or a comparable IT system Standing for occasional missions
