This will make you

• With your commitment, you will ensure that our seminar center is well maintained, welcoming and at any time in good condition
• Regular control procedures are of course yours – keeping in mind buildings, outdoor areas, technical facilities as well as order and cleanliness and packing where support is needed
• Smaller repairs, maintenance work and craftsmanship are done independently and solution-oriented
• Seasonal work as well as green area maintenance from spring to autumn and winter service support are also your tasks
• As a reliable contact person, you react flexibly to tasks that arise and contribute to a smooth daily routine with your hands-on mentality

This will bring you

• Experience in the field of crafts and in comparable activities is important to us – a completed training is advantageous, but no need. Also, as a cross-release, you will fit us well if you bring well-founded practical knowledge and know what to do with care, order and minor repairs
• You work reliably, friendly and service-oriented and understand yourself as an internal service provider for our employees and contact persons on site
• Self-responsible work is in your blood and you keep an overview even with changing requirements
• They act responsibly and reliably and bring a class B driving licence
• A well-kept and friendly appearance as well as secure communication in German language round off your profile
