We are looking for the next time Senior Consultant (m/d)

You accompany our internal and external trainees in generalist nursing training professionally and personally and support them on their way to competent nurses You carry out structured practice instructions according to our practice curriculum You actively contribute to the further development of our training concept and bring your ideas into projects around modern nursing training You are the central contact person for trainees, station teams and cooperation partners and promote a valuable learning culture You create welcome events and practical introduction days for new trainees and accompany the implementation of practical exams

Completed training as health care and nursing staff:in or nursing staff Successfully completed training on/to the practical manager:in Joy in accompanying and promoting trainees in care Extensive sense of responsibility, professional appearance and pedagogical skills Empathy, communication strength and team skills Independent and structured working methods and a high degree of self-responsibility
