strategic planning, control and implementation of investment projects in the hospital environment Identification, analysis and evaluation of investments in medical technology, construction, IT Creation of sound economic analysis, business cases and decision bases for management Development and structuring of financing models for investment projects Control and optimization of procurement processes and support of tender procedures close cooperation with medical, technical and commercial specialist departments Coordination of external partners (planning offices, suppliers, financial institutions, consultants) Monitoring, reporting and risk assessment of ongoing investment projects Further development of standards and processes in investment management

completed university studies in business administration, health economics, economic engineering or comparable discipline relevant professional experience in investment management, ideally in the hospital or healthcare sector sound knowledge in financial analysis, investment accounting and project management Experience in supporting complex procurement and tender procedures Understanding hospital structures and investment in medical technology, construction and IT projects analytical know-how and a structured and independent way of working Communication and cooperation at all levels English knowledge of advantage
