Support, further development and optimization of existing educational products, e.g. industrial masters (w/m/d), IHK experts (w/m/d), IHK-operators (w/m/d) and certificate courses Market and competition analyses as well as observation of current trends in adult education, the world of work, business management, leadership and entrepreneurship Development of practical and marketable training concepts Planning and implementation of product strategies Continuous analysis and optimization of educational opportunities based on feedback and key figures Contact person for participants, interested parties and cost-beneficiaries Advice on our educational opportunities and individual training opportunities Administration of participants: Processing of applications in the management system, processing of correspondence, preparing and compiling of documents, accounting / audit of accounts, shipping certificates / certificates / Open Badges, processing of cancellations / rebookings taking into account the terms and conditions / guidelines

Complete vocational training with further education, ideally in the fields of business or technology Practical experience in the planning, structuring and organisation of education or projects Communication strength and joy in dealing with people Structured, independent working and organisational and coordination talent Economic thinking and analytical skills Hands-on mentality and implementation strength Interest in economic, personal and educational issues Curiosity for new developments in business management, leadership, adult education and the use of AI in the learning context Safe occurrence in dealing with participants, companies and partners
