Development, documentation and rollout of uniform processes to promote consistent operational processes in all countries Analysis and further development of critical workflows, such as Seller-Onboarding, focusing on efficiency, scalability, compliance and user experience Build complete end-to-end process documentation including guidelines and interface definitions for all stakeholders Evaluation and introduction of digital tools to support scalable processes and to automate work-intensive processes Definition and introduction of central standards, KPIs and methods to promote continuous improvement processes within the organisation Cooperation with local teams, departments and other stakeholders to identify and use optimization potentials within existing processes

Flowing German and English, other languages of advantage Complete studies in the field of economics, engineering, business informatics or comparable, relevant training in the field. Professional experience in process management, operational excellence or in a similar role, ideally in e-commerce or marketplace environment. Enforcement and Implementation Strength Experience in working with cross-functional and decentralized teams Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN or comparable methods desirable Strong analytical and structured thinking as well as pronounced communication skills across all hierarchy levels. High self-initiative, sense of responsibility and pragmatic hands-on mentality
