Expert Accounting (m/f/d)

We are looking for an expert accounting (m/w/d) in our Finance team at the next possible time. In this position, as an expert in IFRS and TAX funding, you take over the independent creation of the financial statements, advise the management and departments on complex accounting issues, and contribute significantly to the optimization of financial processes and strategic special projects. Here is an overview of your tasks in detail: Main tasks & accounting Completion: Own-responsible creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to IFRS Tax-Ledger. Complex accounting: implementation and clarification of challenging balance sheet issues (e.g. latent taxes, IFRS 16 leasing, provisions, impairment losses, receivables sales/ABS). Consultancy & Contact Persons: Specialist Sparring Partner for Management, Departments, Auditors, Internal Audit and Group Headquarters (Turin/Paris). Quality Assurance & Process Optimization Controls & IKS: performing daily/monthly voting (including General Ledger, Tagetik, Qlik, Master Finance), reporting of Accounting Controls and compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA) with the CA Insurance Service. Process development: Active optimization of accounting processes, updating work instructions and maintaining the accounting framework. Systems & Maintenance: Processing of Incidents/Change Requests in the daily business and correct collection in the main book (SBS Rewe Neo, CRFS). Projects & Representation functions Project cooperation: participation as an accounting expert in company-wide initiatives e.g. introduction of new products/processes, creation of specialist concepts, testing activities, test documentation as well as the acceptance and monitoring after taking the product. Team & Representation: Introduces new colleagues and representation in the USt pre-registration, latent tax calculation and domestic reporting.

For this position you have a successfully completed business studies with the focus on accounting and relevant professional experience in the banking or financial services environment. You convince with very good knowledge of the accounting according to TAX and IFRS as well as a safe handling of SAP R/3 and the MS Office package – especially due to many years of excellent Excel knowledge. In addition to a pronounced number affinity, you bring very good technical, analytical and conceptual skills. We require very good English knowledge in word and writing as well as a high readiness to use, flexibility and loadability.
