In order to strengthen our teams in Hanover, Berlin and Hamburg, we are looking for the next possible time Projektleiter (m/w/d) which would like to strengthen our contractors on site on one of our centrally located construction sites.

You take over the independent building management in demanding projects according to HOAI for the ELT trade fair – from design to acceptance You control, accompany and carry out the entire workflows in the field of ELT up to the timely completion in close cooperation with the leading companies You monitor the implementation of quality, deadlines, costs and compliance with regulations and guidelines You coordinate the corrective action You will check the scales and performances, and you will be able to carry out functional tests and technical approvals according to VOB. You bring experience into the plan examination of LP 3 and LP 5

(m/w/d) or technician (m/w/d) You bring well-founded professional experience in a comparable function You know with HOAI, VOB and the relevant rules You go to projects with passion and successfully implement your know-how in customer projects You have excellent communication skills and appreciate the respectful handling of the team You work structured, self-employed and take responsibility
