Own-responsibility of holding and setting up production lines according to work instructions and technical specifications Implementation of conversions and precise alignment of follow-up devices Documentation of all setup processes according to applicable standards (e.g. setup protocols) Cleaning and maintenance of extrusion tools to ensure a smooth production process Identification of disturbances or deviations in the production process as well as introduction of defined emergency measures incl. Documentation Active participation in the continuous maintenance and optimization of the setup master data Providing required starting materials and other equipment for efficient production start Co-responsibility for compliance with safety, regulatory and cleanliness standards

Complete training in a professional and technical profession (e.g. procedural mechanic, industrial mechanic, mechatronics, etc.) or comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience Unrestricted willingness to work in the fully continuous shift system (three shift with weekend work) Experience in processing plastics of advantage Good technical understanding and craftsmanship Structured, reliable and self-responsive working and team skills
