Optimization and control of operational processes in the team Responsibility for the operational preparation and implementation of the portfolio strategy of management and special properties for the companies of the Schwarz Group Ensuring compliance with the specified budgets and regular reporting to your supervisors Responsibility for the creation and management of Intercompany contracts Economic and organizational responsibility for your task, including the audit of operating expenses and the release of cost budgets

Successfully completed studies in the real estate sector, real estate management or a similar qualification Multiannual relevant professional experience in real estate management, ideally in portfolio management, property and/or rental management First leadership experience and knowledge in the success and results-oriented leadership and development of employees Structured, independent and on-time working, as well as personal commitment and reliability Safe appearance, team and communication skills and a high degree of flexibility JOBV1_EN
