Retail Personnel Developer (m/w/d)

The EDEKA group Nordbayern-Sachsen-Thüringen, based in Rottendorf, is one of seven regional groups of companies of the cooperatively organized EDEKA association. It is a wholesale trade and designer for around 900 retail markets of the brands “EDEKA”, “E center”, “MARKTKAUF” and “diska” in northern Bavaria, northern Baden-Württemberg, Thuringia and Saxony. In addition, the FRANKEN-GUT subsidiary operates two production plants for meat and sausage products. The cooperative as a nucleus cell of the group of companies was founded in 1912. They advise and accompany our independent merchants on personnel development and implement holistic personnel development measures in the individual markets You use personal development tools for consulting merchants (e.g. development plans, demography development, checklist onboarding process, employee surveys) They analyze needs in conversations and carry out workshops, trainings and other measures that contribute to the expansion of our PE portfolio The independent processing of administrative team tasks (e.g. writing offers) and smaller projects are among your further tasks You will acquire both on the phone, in person on site in our sales area in the EDEKA market or at events In addition, create promotional measures and play communication channels to increase training participation You will evaluate the success of your actions and take new measures You will be in close contact with the seminar management team and the group management team and master the seminar goals with us.

You have experience in personnel development, e.g. as a trainer or consultant Ideally, you have practical experience in food retailing You have the pleasure of developing the new area independently and trying out measures and testing them for success You have a commercial training or studies with a focus on personnel or business psychology; Alternatively, you have a sales-oriented training and have great pleasure in dealing with customers, i.e. our merchants and their employees They have an affinity for educational work, support for employees and the food industry and are characterised by a pronounced service and customer orientation as well as persuasiveness Your conscientious work is self-contained, well structured and characterized by reliability, as well as you are flexible and ready to travel A secure handling of MS-Office completes your profile
