Driver liaison: (m/f/d)

Voice support of drivers in communication with customers, authorities and internal departments Support and advice of drivers in administrative and organisational matters Contact for all drivers in questions and problems Support for operational planning and coordination of trips Translation of documents, instructions and conversations and interpreting in person interviews Documentation and transmission of relevant information Active cooperation to solve problems and conflicts in the driver team Ensuring clear and comprehensible communication Confidential handling of sensitive driver and customer data

Good language knowledge in Romanian and German (at least B2) is absolutely necessary, further foreign languages such as English, Bulgarian or Russian are of advantage Completed commercial training or comparable professional experience in administrative activities Experience in the commercial sector or in the disposing of vehicles and personnel Safe handling of the PC, as well as good knowledge in MS Office applications Ability to impart neutral and solution-oriented between different parties A precise, structured and independent operation Above-average motivation and responsibility Impressed social competence and communication and conflictability Willingness to work shifts (spring/spring/night) and occasional telephone weekend readiness
