HR Manager (m/w/d) We are a 20-year-old consulting company based around human resources management with a focus on recruiting leadership and specialist positions, with over 65 locations in over 30 countries.

Our client at the Baden-Baden site is a company founded 50 years ago in the 2nd generation of owner-managed companies at two locations in Germany. Schulz Flexgroup GmbH is a healthy, medium-sized company and specializes in the high-quality printing of packaging films for the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry. IHRE MISSION Ensuring, optimizing and future-oriented development of all administrative HR processes along the entire employee life cycle Consistent continuation of modernization measures (process and structural development, implementation of modern systems and standards) Accompanying change processes with clarity, empathy and fingertips Advising executives in human, organizational and labour law issues Control and optimization of HR projects Active participation of the digital transformation in HR, in particular through the use of modern technologies (digitalization, automation, AI) Further development of Employer Branding (depending on experience) Optimization of recruiting processes Conception and implementation of management and employee development measures

THE BRINGEN SIE WITH Completed studies or training with a focus on staff, law or business or comparable qualifications Knowledge of labour law Multiannual experience in HR, ideally with leadership experience Experience in transformation or change processes of advantage Knowledge of operational HR administration Implementation strength, standing capacity and enforcement capability Empathy, sensitivity and pronounced communication strength Structured, solution-oriented and pragmatic mode of operation Sovereign and strong consulting appearance at different hierarchical levels Safe handling of MS Office Experience with HR management software and ideally ERP systems Very good knowledge of German in word and writing English and French knowledge of advantage
