We are looking for you as an object manager (m/w/d) in building cleaning for the region Kiel-Lübeck.

Support of various objects in maintenance cleaning Regular customer visits and communication with the contact persons (including complaint processing) Ensuring service and cleaning quality on site Ordering and provision of consumables Recruitment of cleaning forces Care of cleaning staff from entry to exit (incl. creation of work contracts, personnel deployment planning and introduction of new employees) Preparation of monthly wage billing Processing and evaluation of the post-calculation of own objects

at least two years of experience in customer support and employee management first experience in object care or cross-entry with interest in building cleaning, you are an organizational talent and has a high customer orientation ideally first experience in the cleaning industry Knowledge of common cleaning techniques and means are advantageous friendly, reputable and binding occurrence valid driving licence (forced required)
