Manager Communications (m/f/d)

The Communications department is anchored within the Corporate Communications division and is responsible for the holistic positioning of the FERI Group across all relevant communication channels. As a strategic and operational communication hub, the department ensures that FERI occurs internally and externally uniformly, consistently and effectively.

Identification, development and preparation of relevant communication topics as well as media-effective placement of experts from the FERI Group Coordination and processing of press, external and internal enquiries and active support for ongoing press work Participation in the creation of press releases, author’s contributions, interviews, statements and management and expert content Support for communication planning and independent acquisition of press and media projects Conception and implementation of internal and external communication measures incl. Research, presentations and preparation Participation in the social media appearance of FERI, in particular through content creation, publication and care of FERI channels Cooperation with external media and PR agencies and with the communication department of the parent company MLP Maintaining the FERI Newsroom (Internet and Intranet), providing press information and analysis of media resonance across all channels

Qualification: Studies with an economic, capital market or communication-oriented focus or comparable training, ideally complemented by well-founded practical experience in the financial or capital market environment Expertise: Very good knowledge of press processes and processes (internal/external) and understanding of editorial procedures Industry knowledge: Very good knowledge of asset classes and capital market topics as well as interest in business, finance, digitalization and sustainability Competences: Embossed communication and text strength, in particular in a targeted letter for specialist, financial and online media Experience: Creation of content for experts as well as in content for press and social media formats Media/IT: Secure handling of social media channels (including LinkedIn) as well as common CMS, CRM and MS Office tools Soft-Skills: Engaged, responsible personality with organizational strength, resilience and willingness to take responsibility Language knowledge: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
