Current tax advice from our clients (including tax declaration) Tax consulting (e.g. conversions, mergers, ongoing tax optimizations) Compilation of tax opinions and tax opinions Design and structuring consulting in the context of corporate transactions (including optimization of corporate structures, tax due diligence) Team responsibility

Successfully completed BWL, VWL or Jura studies (ideally with focus on taxes or accounting), alternatively a successfully completed degree to the graduate financial institution (m/w/d) Successfully filed tax advisor exams Relevant professional experience in the field of income taxes / design and structuring advice German knowledge in word and writing as well as very good English knowledge Reliable and independent working and good analytical skills Flexibility, discretion and above all joy in working in the team
