Customer advisor in precious metal trading / cash register employee (m/f/d)

You advise our private customers on sales and sales and present our company to the outside Build sustainable customer relationships and maintain them through targeted contact care You independently handle customer orders/enquiries by telephone, assist in the evaluation of precious metals such as barren, coins & jewellery and in the field of old gold purchase. You are responsible for the management of the cash register (bar and EC payments) as well as the booking of purchases and sales, carry out regular inventory checks on money/stocks and take over the implementation of the daily closing The delivery and acceptance of the goods is also part of your tasks and the support of the lockers on site The participation in customer events as well as campaigns complete your task

You have a successfully completed training (e.g. in the commercial sector, as a goldsmith, jewellery, dental technicians, in the hotel industry, in retail, in the real estate industry or in banking) as an alternative you are cross-comers with the motivation for new interesting tasks Ideally, you have already been able to gain experience in customer consulting as well as cashing activities Interest in precious metals and willingness to further develop You have the pleasure of daily dealing with people and are willing to introduce yourself to a small team with your work Very good knowledge of German in word and writing are absolutely necessary You are routined in dealing with MS-Office
