We are looking for the building office of the state capital of Stuttgart. The place shall be occupied without delay. The building office carries out a wide range of complex and demanding new building and renovation projects. Energy-efficient and environmentally friendly technical solutions are developed and implemented. This results in interesting and varied tasks in the fields of electrical and supply technology.

You take over the management of the property building technology with currently six employees, including the service and specialist supervision You bear the technical responsibility for the field of building technology in the entire range of tasks and expertise Your tasks include controlling the quality-secured, cost- and time-oriented execution of the diverse and complex building engineering construction tasks in the building office You create conceptual contributions to strategies, concepts and new building topics, for example in the field of sustainability Own project management and project management of complex construction projects are part of your activity You perform the building function in the projects, e.g. by providing external specialist offices A change or addition of the task area is reserved.

A completed study (Bachelor/Master/Diplom-Ingenieur/-in FH/TU/) in the field of Supply Technology or in a comparable field Multiannual professional experience in the execution of construction measures and in-depth expertise in building technology and knowledge in project management The ability to work quickly and independently in complex tasks and processes High analytical and organizational skills Self-employed work, team skills and a cooperative working style are provided as well as a high degree of care and accuracy The mastery of the German language with good expressiveness in word and writing
