Ideally, you have first experiences in service professions or the telephone customer advice (receivers & cross-comers are also welcome) You have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing You are customer-oriented and have a high service awareness Travels and the tourism industry enthuses you You have a good understanding and a high willingness to learn You have good PC skills You have pleasure in calling and stay confident and friendly even in challenging moments
