These are your tasks Customer service & advice: As the first respondent, you will take care of the concerns of our customers: in-house, process service requests independently or in the team and ensure service-oriented care. Date management & sales: For our consultants, you coordinate appointments and recognize sales approaches to offer suitable banking services or financial products, such as online banking or modern payment options. Cash and service: In addition, you take on a variety of service and cash operations, such as cash management or daily store service. Digital support: You actively support customers in the use of digital offers and technical applications.

We wish you Banking foundation: A completed training as a bank clerk Bank merchant or a comparable qualification forms the basis for your entry. Cross entry: A cross-entry is also possible – under certain conditions, we support you with an internal training measure to the Sparkassenkauffrau or to the Sparkassenkaufmann. Service orientation: friendliness, reliability and a pronounced understanding of service-oriented action in the customer:internal contact distinguish you. Digital affinity: Joy in dealing with digital media and technical tools, as well as openness for new applications. Communication strength: Procuring German knowledge (C2) as well as a secure and binding appearance complete your profile.

You can expect from us An annual salary between 44,800 – 54,300 Euro (TVöD-S, max. pay group 6) including special payments, tailored to your relevant professional experience & your degree 39 working hours per week, flexible working hours and parttime offers The possibility of working up to 20% hybrid after incorporation 32 days holiday, additionally free of work on 24th and 31st December as well as special holidays for special occasions An onboarding tailored to you, incl.
