For our facility management team, which takes care of operational safety and requirements in the technical FM, infrastructure FM and construction management disciplines day by day, we are looking for reinforcement:

• Operation, inspection, maintenance and maintenance work on building equipment, equipment and equipment (electro) for the entire property at the Munich site

• Ensure the proper execution of all statutory recurring tests and the elimination of the detected defects in the building equipment

• Conducting and maintaining fault, testing, maintenance and inspection reports

• Disruption-related repair and implementation of small repairs as well as minor conversions in the field of electro (ELT)

• Accompanying and instructing foreign companies during maintenance and repair work

• Performance and monitoring of deficiencies

• Emergency service

• Support for building and outdoor events and removals

• Completed vocational training as an electronic / electrical / industrial electric / electrical equipment (m/w/d) or adequate completion from the field of electrical engineering

• Comprehensive knowledge in the field of electrical engineering (ELT)

• Cross-sectoral knowledge is advantageous, such as knowledge in the field of building control technology and an additional qualification as operator

• Ready-to-use, reliability, service orientation, independent and responsible work, team and communication skills as well as strong quality awareness

• Good knowledge of German in word and writing

• Good computer skills

• Experiences in handling order and maintenance tools are advantageous

• Personal mobility / driving licence class B
