Staff support and onboarding/offboarding: On the day of onboarding and offboarding, you give orientation help to the employees and take care of their concerns. For simple salary billing questions, you are the direct contact person and add HQ Hannover to more complex questions. Travel costs and travel organization: You take care of the handling of travel costs and expenses and ensure a smooth organization of travel, accommodation including and accommodation for international and project-related operations. Organisation of training and health studies: you coordinate professional and language training efficiently, while you also organize the necessary medical examinations for employees and ensure that everything runs smoothly. Subcontractor management: In compliance with legal requirements of subcontractors, such as minimum wages and work permits, you always keep an overview and take care of the necessary documents. Reporting and Communication: You’ll start weekly status reports and support the organizational structure as well as the email distribution list for the location to ensure smooth communication.

Funded know-how: A completed training or a study in the field of office organization, business management or a comparable qualification form your basis. Experiences that count: In the office organization you have already gained experience and know yourself well with travel costs and expenses management, preferably in an international working environment. Communication strength and language relevance: With your strong communicative skills, you are a reliable contact for employees and contribute to the smooth functioning of the collaboration between different departments. Your very good knowledge of German and English allows you to exchange at international level. Flexibility and readiness to travel: You are ready to work on one of our large-scale construction sites and bring the willingness to visit our Belgian holding company. A German car driver's license allows you the necessary mobility.
