Senior Group Reporting & Accounting Policies (m/f/d)

Our Corporate Finance area is responsible for a broad field of corporate accounting, reporting, taxes, treasury and integrated planning at our headquarters in Munich. Within the Corporate Accounting & Reporting team, the role plays a central role in the creation and development of external corporate reporting and IFRS governance: Responsibility for the creation of external corporate reporting (Quartal releases, annual accounts, Annual Report incl. Primaries and Notes) Ensuring timely, high-quality and addressable reporting, as well as managing and coordinating all relevant stakeholders in the reporting process Technical supervision of the consolidated financial statements in close coordination with auditors Further development and implementation of corporate policies and accounting policies with focus on IFRS Contact person for complex accounting issues at Group level Leading participation in regulatory innovations (e.g. IFRS 18) Consultancy and support in complex consolidation behaviour (e.g. first/deconsolidation, special cases) Close cooperation with the consolidation team to ensure consistent completion processes Drivers:in for the optimization, standardization and automation of reporting processes Participation in the introduction and further development of disclosure and reporting tools, in particular with regard to the reduction of manual expenses and increase of data and process quality

Successfully completed business studies with focus on international accounting / accounting / controlling Multiannual relevant professional experience in the field of accounting in the international corporate environment, group reporting, accounting policies or auditing Very well-founded knowledge of IFRS (including current developments) and solid HGB knowledge Experience in the production of consolidated financial statements and annual reports Ideally experience with disclosure management tools as well as in the SAP and Tagetik environment High technical depth at the same time for overall relationships Structured, precise and quality-oriented operation Enforcement and ability to drive issues across the Group Stakeholder Management and Communication Strength in the International Environment Motivation to actively develop processes and take responsibility German and very good English skills
