With your business expertise, you are responsible for the commercial management of the association and run the office together with the pre-supplier and the HR manager – and act as a closely coordinated management team. The economic and budgeting, the creation of the annual financial statements and a reliable financial and controlling management are crucial in your area of responsibility. You are responsible for receivable management, develop this structured further, control it operatively and are also responsible for proof of application and use. You have well-founded expertise in nursing kit and compensation set negotiations. The preparation of key figures for the Supervisory Board, the preparation and monitoring of the annual audit, as well as the further development of structures and processes round off your area of responsibility.
