Planning and control of several implementation projects of energy management systems in Vonovia existing buildings Development of standardized processes and modular systems for scaling projects Multi-project management: Simultaneous organisation and coordination of several projects in compliance with time and resource plans Analysis of hardware and heating technology on site, identification of recurring challenges and development of practical solutions Close cooperation with technicians:inside, service providers:inside and internal specialist departments Monitoring and reporting of projects (time, cost, quality) Documentation and continuous optimization of processes

Complete studies, ideally in the field of energy/building technology, engineering, economic engineering Experience in project management, ideally in multi-project management and prioritization of parallel tasks Very structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Analytical and conceptual strength, pronounced communication skills Team skills, initiative and hands-on mentality
