BIM Manager for Major Construction Projects (m/f/d)

You don't just want to accompany big projects, you want to think them digitally? The BIM strategy for complex new and remodeling projects and anchored digital processes will then be sustainable in planning, construction and operation. You are responsible for BIM management in large-scale projects and ensure the HOAI-compliant definition, implementation and quality assurance of all BIM processes You develop and implement BIM standards, guides and LOIN specifications for ongoing and future construction projects In addition, you design a networked system landscape, define requirements, interfaces and data models and integrate them into projects and operations You connect BIM with project management, accompany procurements and contract designs and secure time and cost management The testing and analysis of BIM models (e.g. collision testing, quantity determination) is also part of your tasks

completed studies* or university degree in the field of building technology, civil engineering, architecture, transport, civil engineering, civil engineering or equivalent skills and knowledge based on a long-term professional experience very good German knowledge (min. language level C1) Within the framework of the recruitment process, you will be expected to have a dormantness check on offer screen workstation.
